Hello friends. I need your help. I wanted to set up my new Fritz Box 5530 today. I connected everything and went to the Fritz Box menu and wanted to select Swisscom FTTH DHCP in the drop-down list ..................... No Swisscom available ???? Well press other Internet provider enter Swisscom by hand below more data with my access data Swisscom and press OK, three times he says everything is OK and then the cheeks red no more Internet connection I should check whether the Ethernet cable is plugged in correctly. FAZIT in the router everything works, can register DECT phone everything is green except internet and phone no connection. Called Swisscom, but no one could help ?!?!?! ☹. Maybe this is where my hope lies, maybe someone else had the same problem. It can't be that Swisscom accepts a certified device that you buy but when something doesn't work it says it comes from a third party provider - that has nothing to do with the internet problem.

Now my biggest question is: has anyone bought the device who has an internet subscription with Swisscom and does it work for them and what do they have to adjust or do to make it work?
