Question about Ubiquiti USW-PRO-MAX-24
Hello everyone Is it possible to configure the USW Pro Max switch without incurring additional costs? I don't have any other Ubiquiti hardware, but the switch fulfils my requirements very well. I also have no VLANs etc... So I have hardly any requirements. But I don't want to pay extra for a controller or anything like that. Many thanks for your feedback.

You can install the controller locally on your computer and use it to configure the switch.
You can then close the controller software again.
For a permanent solution, I would recommend a controller on a server such as a Raspberry PI or similar.
Then you will also have statistical data on your switch.
And the controller software is free on premise 👍🏻.
