Hello everyone
I was delighted to receive my new PC just two days after placing my order. At the same time, I also bought a WD Black
1000 GB to have as much memory as possible. That's why I wanted to install it straight away. To my horror, however, I realised that I could only fix the SSD in place with a special small screw. So not with a standard screw for the PC. That really irritated me and made me angry. I pay almost 2'000.- and now you have to take care of such a useless detail. You could have simply screwed the screw into the spacer and everything would have been perfect. But no. Apparently HP doesn't want you to mount an additional SSD. Nevertheless, I am now asking whether it might be possible to supply me with such a small screw as soon as possible. That would be cool!
Thanks a lot !
According to the manufacturer's specifications, these are normal M.2 screws. These are smaller than the usual PC internal screws. If the manufacturer, which differs from manufacturer to manufacturer and model to model regardless of the price, has not included an M.2 screw in the scope of delivery, you can reorder one.
