Yes, it works perfectly for me as a bridge in front of a Fortigate firewall and Swisscom.
If you want to use the TV box behind your USG, there will be some effort/fiddly bits for multicasting. Depending on the version and generation of the Unifi products, this should probably work, with varying degrees of grief.
