Question about Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud Gateway UCG-Fiber
Hello everyone Can anyone give me a tip on switching from the Cloud Key Gen2 to the UCG Fibre? I have loaded the backup from the CK onto the fibre, but when I change over now nothing works. The app displays the message CK not found and wifi is not working. Has anyone managed the same change without having to reset everything? Thank you :-)
Yes, everything went tip-top. If you have previously operated your Cloudkey in multisite mode, then make a site export and load this into the Cloudgateway.
I did exactly the same a few days ago.
Old CloudKey, site export. Then imported to Cloudgateway, done.
