Hello everyone. Who can help me? I ordered the following set in the year "Nuki Smart Lock 3.0 Pro White & Nuki Keypad 2.0" In 2024 I had a motor failure and received a warranty replacement. Now 2 months after the warranty expired, the motor is defective again. Nuki itself only gives me a voucher of 30% for a new product via you directly. I would now like to order this Nuki Smart Lock Pro 5th Gen CH cylinder but I read here that it will not work, is that correct? I had a yellow Kaba adapter with the number 4 on my door, can I use this 1:1? Thanks for your help. Unfortunately I can't send a picture.

No, the nuki pro 5 no longer works with the yellow Kaba adapter... It only has one slot. But there are suppliers who make a suitable adapter from a 3D printer. But I have it myself with a key

Yes, according to the official information from Nuki, the Smart Lock Pro 5th Gen CH cylinder does NOT work with a button lock. A key must be inserted in the lock, which is then turned by the Nuki.
