Question about Digitus TV trolley for screens

Hello everyone, two questions: 1) Is it compulsory to fit the upper shelf for webcams or can it be left out altogether? 2) Is the lower shelf height-adjustable? Thank you very much for your answers.

1) Does not necessarily have to be fitted.
2) I have not fitted either shelf, so unfortunately I cannot say whether the lower one is height-adjustable.
