Question about Ubiquiti UniFi Video G3-Flex
Hello everyone, I have installed such a system: -G3-Flex Camera -Cloud Key Plus Gen 2 -Ubiquiti US-8-60W Everything is running fine. Access is possible without any problems via the app. It also works from the PC when I am in the local network. How can I access the camera and the recordings from the PC when I am not at home? Thank you

Either by setting up a VPN connection to your home (best option)
Or setting up a NAT rule on the port to your USG on your router. ( only recommended with https and a secure password. ) or in short use the app if you are not familiar with network technology. Otherwise you will unintentionally open security gaps in your network.

You have certainly already created a Ubiquiti account for app use. This should also work here. Please note that there are local accounts (which only work in the local network) and Ubiquiti accounts that have to be linked to the system beforehand.
