Question about Reolink Go Plus incl. unlimited data for 24 months

Hello everyone! I have been trying to get the Reolink camera to work for days, unfortunately without success. I have followed the operating instructions, but it always says "Connection failed". For example, when I select the "Battery" item in the Reolink app, it says "Failed to load configuration information". I have already pressed the reset button. I no longer know where to start.
