Does this PC already have a graphics card integrated? My son already has a screen and a keyboard. He has connected the Nintendo Switch to these. Now he wants to connect a PC. For normal use but also for gaming. Is this PC suitable for both?

For normal use, office, surfing, etc. this PC is well suited.
A dedicated graphics card is not built in. The processor has an integrated graphics card. These integrated graphics cards (iGPU) are to be compared with the lowest level of dedicated graphics cards.
For current games, a dedicated graphics card is recommended and 16GB of RAM.
At Steam https://store.steampowered.com/ you can see the minimum requirements of the individual games.
