Hello. - Does only the base station need a power connection? - Can I set a delay so that I have a few seconds to deactivate the alarm via the keypad when I enter my home? - How loud is the sound when the alarm is switched on? Will it wake the neighbours if I switch on the alarm on the keypad at night and leave the house? - What can I control externally with the mobile app? Thanks for your help!

The base station requires a power connection. Delay possible for input and output. The app can control everything (on/off, activate individual elements, ...), monitor (status, events), automate.
