Question about SumUp POS Lite

Hello Digitec Team and Community, we can't connect the SumUp POS Lite device to wifi. but hotspot (mobile) it connects. It does not accept the wifi, although it is a WPA secured network. CAN ANYONE HELP US? Thank you Kate
