Question about Reach Bluetooth Adapter

Hello Community I'm trying to connect my new Powerbeats Pro to the adapter, but I just can't get them to pair. It worked perfectly with the JLab Audio Go Air Sport. Can anyone help? My setup consists of Chromecast, HDMI Audio Extractor and Reach Bluetooth Adapter to stream both audio via the beats and video via a screen when training.
