Hello Community, I cannot activate the licences. I get the error message: - We are sorry, but we cannot redeem this product Key into your account. Did you purchase your product key in another country or region where you are not currently located? You can only use this Product Key in the country or region where it was purchased. I bought the product via mobile phone and wanted to activate the licence on the PC in the Microsoft account. Greetings

I had this too. Google Chrome always sent me to the Microsoft 365 page from Germany. After selecting German/Switzerland, the activation worked.
