The display shows dts 2:5 Picture on the TV 1980x640 48hz

Hello, I also had this problem with my Samsung TV. After several emails with Sony and Samsung, it turned out that Samsung does not support Atmos. The dropouts are also due to Samsung, because Samsung prefers to support its own products. So I ditched my Samsung and bought a Sony AG8, now everything is as it should be.
