Hello, can I buy 2.3 and tax? Really no cable connection? Can I also use smartphone (app) for control, notifications, recordings?

Yep. Only the power cable. The rest runs via wifi after setup. Access via app from smartphone at any time.

You can also set the system to notify you when it gets loud or when there is movement.
