Unfortunately, my Samsung SE20 5G (brand new!) does not charge and the option "wireless charching" is also activated in the mobile phone. Can anyone tell me if you have to activate the charging pad on the computer somehow and especially how?

Hello with my Huawei P40 Pro charging works fine on the PC, put the phone on without the cover, preferably in the middle, it has a sign on the speaker foot. When it is charging, it has a white LED on the speaker in the front of the grille and on the smartphone it shows charging on the phones display. I didn't have to adjust anything on the PC or the phone. Only the Huawei is at an angle because of the camera, so I have to push it back and forth a bit and then it works. I rarely use it, it charges slowly for me. The original Huawei charger is 10 times faster. Maybe it's more for watches. Regards Jürgen. PC is great, with multi touch it would be perfect.
