Question about Netgear Hotspot Nighthawk M2

Hello all. Since yesterday, I have had practically no download via the device, both wifi, 2.4 and 5 GHz. Although reception is actually good, RSRP: -86 dBm, LTE B7. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Many thanks and greetings Urs
