Question about Creative Sound BlasterX Katana
Hello all I have been using this speaker for 2 days now. So far so good. I have downloaded and installed the Connect 2 software. This in turn whines that I should update the firmware of the speaker. And that's where I have a problem. Every time I start the update, the device hangs. The update cannot be carried out and the device can only be restarted by disconnecting the power supply. As I see it, the USB connection to the PC is disconnected every time I start the update and is not re-established. Does anyone know this problem? Greetings

Good evening ! I also have the same Spundbar. Updating the firmware is no problem. You have to start and run the programme with administrator rights. + Remove every cable from the Spundbar except power and PC / USB.
