Hello all I can't open the office.com/setup page, always gets an error, the page doesn't work, and when I try via the Install App ->> I have a Product Key button doesn't work either. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

Have you already tried this with another browser?

Try downloading office without the licence, then open word for example --> File --> account and enter the licence key.
If it still doesn't work, we can get in touch and I will help you.
