Question about Medion Erazer Engineer P10 2060Super

hello all:-) i bought the pc in action and am now wondering how i can get the sound on the 5.1 system. it only has a 3.5mm socket. does anyone have any experience. i have noticed that very few finished pcs have a sound card. as i see in the comments, there is no space for a sound card. is there anything i can do? sad that in the year 2021 you can't even install a sound card...
