Question about Xiaomi Mi Smart Antibacterial

Hello all! can someone please explain to me how to clean the humidifier properly? since it has a lot of hard-to-reach places, I don't manage to do this easily. Is it normal that orangy substance forms in the lower part of the humidifier? can it possibly be harmful to humans/device? Thank you in advance!
