Have the used FritzBoxes been reset to factory settings?
Thank you. I received the Fritzbox and to be on the safe side I first reset it to factory settings using the Recover Tool. It worked perfectly.
This can only be answered by digitec customer service. But if not, AVM has a recover for every box that restores the current software and factory settings: https://download.avm.de/fritzbox... that would be it for the 5590 - I hope the answer helps.
