Question about Allnet ISP Bridge Modem XGSPON GBIC ALL-BM410-XGSPON-GBIC

I have tried to operate this optic on a SYS-1019D. An IP was assigned, but from the Swisscom service network. It seems that the configuration of a third-party router is slightly different for business customers, but support was unable to provide any information.

For a private subscription or if the Internet comes via PPPoE it should work, but I switched to Init7. They have sent an Intel optic and it works perfectly.

Hi, I just installed this device in an Intel E810-XXVDA4 4 Port SFP NIC and in a Juniper EX2300 Switch, and it worked smoothly in both. I used the Switch to access the activation VLAN with Swisscom, and then the NIC to connect to my actual router. You will need to confirm with your provider the settings for opnsense.
