Question about Klipsch R-41PM
Has anyone of you already connected a record player to the box or used the cinch inputs on the amplifier box? I only get a weak, noisy signal when I connect my record player via cinch. Trying to connect a mobile phone via cinch was completely unsuccessful. Can someone please test the RCA inputs and tell me if you have the same problem? I'm pretty frustrated, I've only had the box for a month. Digitec...
Yes, it's made for that. If you have a record player without a preamplifier, you have to set the switch to PHONO. If you have a record player with a preamplifier, you have to set the switch to LINE. If you have another source (mobile phone, CD player,...) also set to LINE. If you have a record player with a preamplifier, you can also set whether the amplifier is used or not. In any case, the sound should be good and loud (as you would expect), otherwise the speaker is broken. I already have the second one, as the first one had a wobble.
