Now you only need a transformer that gives you 16 V, or 24 V if your chime can handle this. And it's up and running. The Nest Doorbell needs at least 16 V so that the camera has enough juice for video transmission. The pure ringing with the button also works with less voltage. But that's probably not why you bought the thing.
