Question about Medion Erazer Hunter X20

Has anybody had a good experience with Medion customer service? This is important because when you buy a Medion device from Digitec you do not get Digitec level of customer service you get Medion level. Medion is where customer service goes to die if it can't get a grave at Mediamarkt. My Computer is still in service for 3 months.
