Question about FRITZ! FRITZ!Box 7590 (A/CH Version)

Hello everyone, I have a problem: The Fritzbox 7590 connects to the internet but the phone does not. My provider is Sunrise. Can anyone help me?

I had this problem with my 7490 following a Fritz!OS upgrade. The phone would not work even after several restarts. It helped to restore the backup I had made before the OS upgrade to the FB.
