I bought the Roborock S5 Max in October 2020 and I am very happy with the suction function. However, when mopping, I noticed right from the start that only the left half under the robot seems to be moistened. Is this generally the case or should I check the robot and have it repaired or replaced if necessary? Thank you very much.

So with me, the whole mop wipes.

Answer

The wiping function broke down quite quickly for me. I would not recommend this appliance for mopping. The suction function, on the other hand, is very good.
