Grüezi, is the brown part wood, like on the Otto? If not, what material? I read in the comments that the Venti doesn't stand so well on the stand. Has this been checked?

I bought the product. The brown one is leather or imitation leather. 

It is partly true that the Venti does not stand so well on the stand. The plate is quite heavy and the Venti will never fall over. However, if you intentionally or accidentally push the Venti a little, it will wobble a little. But it will not fall over. 

I have it in a corner and it looks good. I am satisfied with the product.
