Why is the warranty on the as-new unit only 12 months Bing-In, whereas on the new unit it is 24 months? According to the description only the OPV is opened and damaged?
With 24 months warranty on the like-new sub, I would be interested.

Answer

Items that are as good as new and tested are second-hand products, as they have already been sold and opened, irrespective of the term. Therefore, a warranty period of one year applies to these products. 
The front fabric cover is not included according to my information.
