Question about Midea Mobile 35 C
Good day In picture 6 it says 3 years warranty and in the item description 2 years. What applies now? Do you make the customer pay for the third year of warranty, even though it is covered by the manufacturer? That would be very cheeky and I can't really believe it. I probably lack information on the exact facts. Instead of being indignant (as is usual today), I would ask for clarification. Kind regards André

I think this means that the manufacturer offers a 3-year guarantee, whereas the seller in Switzerland only has to offer a 2-year guarantee according to the Swiss Code of Obligations. In my opinion, this would mean that any damage in the third year would have to be looked at directly with the manufacturer.
If you want an official answer from Digitec, it's best to write to the customer service (or call), because Digitec itself is almost never to be found in the community (that's why it's a community ;-) ).
