Question about Powerwalker AVR 3000/SIV Schuko 3000VA / 2400W automatic voltage regulator

Good day I have a diesel generator with 7KV power (with AVR). Volt fluctuations from 228 to 240 volts Frequency varies between 49hz and 53hz. Do I have a constant power of 230Volt with 50hz with this unit?
