Question about Brother ScanNCut DX1200

Good day Can this plotter also cut wax plates, format A4, thickness 1 mm. I would mainly want to use it for this. Thank you for an answer. Daniel

Hello Daniel
We use the machine to cut cardboard. It works perfectly up to around 3mm. We also make wax plates ourselves, but I have never tried to cut wax plates with it. Our centre walls are thicker (around 3mm). I can well imagine that 1mm thick wax plates can be cut with it. What I don't know is what the residue on the cutter will be like with wax.
But the machine works very well.
