Question about Teltonika Rut950
Good day. We have been using the product together with a SIM from Digitec/DigitalRepublic. Unfortunately, it stopped working after half a year. DR support says there are occasional problems with Teltonika routers. SIM and modem basically work (Wingo works with Teltonika, DR works in the smartphone). Does anyone know this problem and how to solve it?
In my opinion, it is due to the provider of the SIM card.
If the reception quality is insufficient/too weak, the transfer does not take place in the required quantity. I had to switch from the provider Swisscom to Sunrise. Now it works.
So it's very dependent on the location.
I was previously using a Huawei router. The same problem was there.
