Good day, the WiFi / APP is not working. The device WiFi network is not appearing. Is this a normal issue? Could you please advise what can be done?

Thanks Simon. Maybe you did not read my question correctly. I said the WiFi network is not appearing enabling me to connect it to device. I pressed the “on” button for 5 seconds, the light is flashing and no WiFi network with AJ, IOT, E@ appears like the Electrolux app says it should

You haven't connected the device to Wi-Fi. First you need to configure it by following the instructions
