We have addressed the question to the manufacturer and received the following answers
Mainboard model: ROG Strix X570-F Gaming
RAM: 2x 16 GB (DDR4-3200 LO-DIMM)
Cooling: 240mm water cooling

Probably OEM parts that cannot be found in retail like this.
