Question about Maxxmee Decorative fireplace with humidification function 180 W

Good day. I have now already the 2nd Maxxmee Dekokamin and both after about 2 hours turned off and no longer function. There was enough water in it and the socket was also changed. Does this problem still exist with other devices? Mfg
