Question about Linksys Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

The adapter does. The problem is the USB port. With all devices, the USB ports are not supplied with power when they are switched off - consequently, the adapter does not work. The "Always on USB" option in the BIOS can provide a remedy, but that may not work either. It is best to check whether the USB ports always supply power (e.g. with a USB stick with a built-in LED or similar). If all this works, the WOL configuration is also possible with this adapter.
