Everything was ok, all data was available in the app.... Now it no longer works, I can no longer pair it with my mobile even though WLAN and Bluetooth are switched on. It works via a hotspot on the mobile phone, but when I switch off the hotspot, the air molecules are not registered/displayed.
Does anyone know how to proceed?

I also had the same problem, I deleted the device in the app and added it again. I also reset the device itself. Hope that helps
