Errr iam not able to download Any Apps, youtube , netflix etc and they are supposedly free. i get an "purchase Failure" message when trying to download. i thing ive tried everything by now.
How does it work for all of you in switzerland i dont get it ? what am i missing?

From which country is your account? Could be it won't allow to download from a foreign account.
My 3 suggestions would be, either change country in your amazon account, create a new Swiss amazon account, or use a vpn.
