I watch both Netflix premium and Apple TV via the Apple TV 4K. Unless I'm very much mistaken, Netflix doesn't output atmos as it is. But I have to check. Apple tv4k works great, including hdr and atmos. But I had to buy new hdmi 2.1 cables from the player to the soundbar and from the soundbar to the arc tv connection to get it to work.
