Does this switch support "IEEE 802.3ad Dynamic Link Aggregation"? Would be used for a Synology NAS.

The switch supports link aggregation, but is not IEEE 802.3ad compliant. An alternative is the Zyxel GS1900-8, which is 100% compliant.
