Does this switch (JGS524PE-100EUS) support the new PoE standard "802.3at", also known as "PoE+", where up to 30 watts can be "pulled" per port? Thanks for answers!

Can answer the question myself ;-) No, the switch "only" supports PoE, i.e. up to 12 watts per channel.
