Does this PC support 4K resolution? Should 1x 16 or 2x o8 be used for upgrading to 32G RAM? Which Ram Art. No.?

4k is possible, also 4k gaming, there is a 1080 in it... would also recommend it only for rendering 3d objects, gaming or other work with the gpu...

you have to consult the operation-manual which combinations are possible. i mean, if 2x8gb are already in it, for the upgrade to 32gb only 2x8gb again and not 1x16gb is possible, but i'm not so sure about that.

I can't say about 4k resolution... I think it depends on the graphics card and the screen, so I have no idea.
about the ram: due to the design and a "cooler bracket" or similar, only rams with a flat design can be installed in the outer slot.
you have to consult the operation manual to find out which combinations are possible. i mean, if there are already 2x8gb in it, you can only upgrade to 32gb with another 2x8gb and not 1x16gb, but i'm not so sure about that.
