Does this PC have a WiFi module installed and if not, can WiFi be retrofitted? Thank you!

According to the specification, it now has a LAN connection, not a WLAN. However, this can be easily upgraded with USB WLAN adapters if it is needed. Under Windows, pretty much any adapter will work, under Linux it is worth looking for adapters that have good support.
