Does this PC have a free port for another HDD/SSD? Does this PC have free RAM slots or does the used memory occupy all slots?

Hard disk port: I don't know, but it is very narrow in the case. There may be a connection, but probably no holder (but I only looked briefly, there may be a second place hidden away. The model is also offered with a combination of SSD and HDD).
About the RAM: there are two slots: one is free, the other contains the 8 GB (i.e. 1 module with 8 GB).
