Question about Xiaomi Starter Kit EU

Does this kit include the "Aqara Hub (HomeKit)" with item no. 11814890 (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/aqara-hub-homekit-smart-home-hub-11814890), or is it a different type? I'm a little confused with the terms Xiaomi and Aqara. I know that there is a China and an EU version of the hub and I assume that only the EU version is offered here. Thank you very much for your help.

It's really confusing with xiaomi and aquara. The hub that comes with it is not from aquara and as far as I know it is not apple homekit compatible. However, all sensors can be connected to an aquara hub.
