Does this fan have LED and is it dimmable?

No, the fan does not come with LED, but it can be replaced. The light is also not dimmable. The light can be switched on and off via the remote control and the fan can be operated in three stages. For winter mode, there is a switch at the top of the housing to change the direction of rotation.
There is nothing more to set.
no LED with the remote control it is dimmable. I can highly recommend the fan
