Question about Devolo Magic 2 LAN Extension 1-1-1
Does this adapter also work to connect the router to the Powerline or only to connect the PC? In other words, is this the same adapter as the one you have to connect the router to?
Yes, Powerline routes Ethernet via power cable and back to Ethernet, which means that at least two adapters are always required. A device must be connected to Ethernet on each side of these adapters.
So either modem <-> router or router <-> PC
